Hi,
Just wanted to point out a little error in the info on the Glasgow site - the Hunterian Art Gallery no longer has Whistler's famous painting of his mother...it is owned by the Musee D'Orsay in Paris, and it tours galleries all over the world regularly.
The gallery does have a lot of Whistler's paintings though, and is worth a look!
(You can probably tell that I work there) :) |

hi gloney1
thanks for the info - as you're so clued up on the scene, do you fancy writing about your take on the arts scene in glasgow - of course it would give you a chance to plug the hunterian, but perhaps you could also include 4 other must see venues? in other words: your top five on the scene - if you could include some lesser known places that would be great :)
let me know what you think
best wishes

Hi,
That sounds great, yeah! I spend half of my time sending tourists to these places anyway, hopefully I can say something of value! I'll get that to you asap.
