Festival
26 – 27 July 2008
Summer festivals don’t come much sweeter than this. 2008 marks the 30th birthday of Ice cream giants Ben & Jerry’s, so this year their annual Sundae festival is packed with as many tasty treats as a big tub of Phish Food.
With live music including performances from The Charlatans, Ash and Guillemots; fairground attractions; the chance to ice your own cookies and try your hand at candle dipping and – perhaps most importantly – scoops and scoops of lovely Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, this is about as irresistible as a bowl full of Caramel Chew Chew and lasts a lot longer (two days, to be precise.)
Oh and did we mention the ice cream is all free…?
