Hey
My name's Mandy, I live in Brixton and work in Stockwell/ Vauxhall. I also travel 2 or 3 times a week to theatre and gigs around Central London.
I am a complete novice in writing terms so am definitely going to be learning a lot...but I am an English teacher so at least my spelling should be okay!
Really looking forward to getting started and who knows maybe getting a piece or 2 published...

what we're after at myvillage.com is LOCAL content for people in the know i.e. you.
so whether you want to put together local theatre/music reviews, guides to going out, or features about little known but brilliant community projects, just post your ideas to the 'make a suggestion' area on this board.
plus, keep your eye on the 'articles wanted' section for free tix and promotional parties.
